Each day, you will execute technical support, act as a specialist, and solve problems in your own area of expertise. Main stakeholders are Service Technicians, Manufacturing Plant and Sales Team.You will be mainly accountable for:Providing technical support and solving problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service categoryDetermining effective Service applications, equipment, and methods to develop, market, or manufacture new Service offerings to respond to customer requirements cost-effectivelyProviding technical consulting on Service solutions to management and customersIdentifying new sales opportunities, proactively communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growthProject Management tasks, in relation to manufacturing plants and clientsYou will join a dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the roleTechnical education required, mostly preferred Degree in Engineering or Chemical backgroundYou are immersed in Measurement Analytics and Instrumentation3-5 years of experience in related fieldsHigh level of English and SpanishStrong analytical skills for problem-solving and good communication and negotiation skillsAvailability to travel and valid driver’s licenseWe value people from different backgrounds.
