- Drive proactive acquisition of new business opportunities, with a primary focus on generating new logos and expanding presence within the Iberian region.
- Identify, target, and build relationships with high-value prospective clients through strategic outreach and market engagement.
- Generate a strong and sustainable pipeline of qualified sales opportunities through research-driven prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Develop and execute account entry strategies tailored to client needs and business objectives.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client requests by collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver compelling proposals.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs related to pipeline creation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Actively contribute to accurate sales forecasting and reporting by maintaining a robust and transparent pipeline.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the firm’s solutions—including Data & AI, SAP, and Custom Applications—to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during early engagement.
- Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and solution design.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategy and positioning.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, business development or hunter-based roles
- Previous knowledge or experience in modern Financial Services and Insurance sector
- Track record in successfully engaging new markets and new clients across the region
- Technical background (general IT knowledge, not necessarily hands-on experience)
- Ability to drive and meet top-line, bottom-line and growth targets with experience in bringing over 7.5 million EUR in revenue
- Professional proficiency in English, Spanish and/or Italian, French
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to speak publicly to groups, and create and develop compelling presentations and collateral and present solutions to customers and prospects
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all key stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Must have high energy level, high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, confidence
