- Lead and participate in the development of terminal space plans and designs.
- Perform demand/capacity analysis
- Participate in the development of terminal facilities requirements
- Manage and deliver tasks and projects
- Get involved in the management and training of junior staff
- Participate in the business development in the field of Terminal Planning
- Be the client interface; represent Arup in internal and external meetings
- Undergraduate level education in aviation related subject (graduate degree preferred). Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering or university degrees of similar nature
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in airport planning; terminal planning and with knowledge of passenger terminal operations
- Demonstrable experience performing Program of Requirements (PoR) and terminal requirements calculations. Capacity-demand analysis through spreadsheets or static simulations
- Excellent understanding of IATA-ADRM, ICAO, EASA standards and recommended practices including experience in their interpretation is required
- Experience in task, people and project management
- Strong and proven track record of delivering solid, high-quality work
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
- Experience using CAD, being able to work independently and other design tools such as illustrator, sketch up, 3D, Office Package.

- Experience in terminal/airfield simulation modeling (e.g., CAST Terminal, CAST Aircraft, Airtop)
