- Lead and oversee complex projects across Salesforce and SAP platforms tailored to the needs of the energy sector.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to closure, ensuring deliverables meet timeline and budgetary constraints.
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and external vendors, to ensure effective communication and project alignment with business goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project timeline, ensuring the highest levels of systems integrity and data security.
- Provide expert guidance and support change management initiatives, helping teams to maximize adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Prepare comprehensive status reports and present project updates to senior management at regular intervals.
- Proven experience as a project manager in Information Technology change initiatives within Salesforce environments.
- Strong proficiency in managing projects within the Oil, Gas, Energy, and Mining sectors is highly preferable.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive teams towards timely and successful delivery of project objectives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Robust understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adept at operating under pressure and adapting to dynamic environments.
- English is a must
