I'm glad you asked.As a Zurich Web Platform (ZWP) Service Manager, you will:
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality IT support services to our internal stakeholders, ensuring we meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain a stable production environment. You'll also play a key role in managing changes, security, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Control over Service Providers.
  • Act as a bridge between the Support team (currently managed by a supplier) and Channel Engagement Web Services (CEWS), which is part of our Global Digital Platform (GDP) team.
  • Be the point of contact for stakeholders providing regular updates on incident status to different Business Units. This covers around 50 external-facing websites across our global organization.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to our support processes and tools.

  • Service management experience.
  • Experience in web solution technologies will be valued as a plus.
  • Experience managing and guiding small teams. Delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Experienced in building up and managing stakeholder relationships and removing obstacles towards a win/win outcome.
  • Hands-on attitude. willingness to tackle tasks directly and proactively.
  • Good communication skills, leadership and stakeholders management.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint mainly).
  • Advanced English, written and verbal.
