Full-time__jobinformationwidget.freetext.LocationText__MD, San Fernando de HenaresFUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:1) Recepción, verificación de datos e introducción de los mismos en CRM de la empresa, ya sean nuevos contratos/Jobs, o ampliaciones, reducciones y modificaciones de los existentes.
2) Gestionar mensualmente las renovaciones de contratos de aquellos clientes de cartera que no renuevan de forma tácita: contratos suspendidos.
3) Gestionar las terminaciones/cancelaciones asignadas mediante ticket en CRM de la empresa, según procedimiento de la compañía.
4) Resolución de tareas asignadas al equipo acordes a la actividad desarrollada en el departamento: cambios de CIF, levantar periodos fijos, gestión de notas de abono, etc…
5) Interactuar con otros departamentos para solucionar incongruencias en la información facilitada a ejecutar en CRM de la empresa para la reducción de impacto en los clientes.
6) Soporte especifico al departamento de cobros en la resolución de disputas del cliente relacionadas con administración, servicios y facturación
7) Colaboración con los equipos de integraciones de empresas adquiridas.
8) Anotación de las incidencias generadas en la tramitación de las solicitudes recibidas para el control de las mismas: Carga contratos y Pendings.
