- Identify and research potential customers using various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they align with the client's target audience.
- Engage with decision-makers, fostering relationships to uncover business opportunities.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring leads progress effectively through the sales funnel.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve their sales outreach strategies.
- Deliver regular reports and feedback on campaign performance and lead quality.
- Assist in onboarding and training junior SDRs, sharing best practices and strategies.
- Support management in optimizing sales processes and team performance
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation, ideally in an agency setting as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative.
- Hands-on experience with sales engagement tools like Lemlist is a strong plus.
- Previous client-facing responsibilities and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading a team is a nice-to-have.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; more senior profiles are highly encouraged to apply.
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in additional European languages (Spanish, French, German, Dutch) is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
- Management Experience: Prior experience mentoring or managing team members is a plus.
