This position is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The responsibilities for the position include:
  • Assist in the set-up and service of Banquet functions under the direction of the Banquet Service Managers, and according to Four Seasons’ standards and procedures.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
  • Assist in set-up of linen, china, glass, silver, and accent pieces for each function according to the banquet event order.
Our Ideal Banquet Server will have:We are looking for individuals that strive for excellence and are highly motivated team players.The ideal candidate will have prior Food & Beverage experience in a similar role and in a luxury resort/hotel setting.
