- Be a part of the EU Regional Paid Search team - Manage campaigns across our European markets, while collaborating with colleagues in the EU team, to achieve our business goals.
- Identifying opportunities. You will be helping the team audit areas of opportunity within our accounts and executing against these opportunities to positively impact performance of the channel, in alignment with the company's marketing objectives.
- Lead Projects - Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion while ensuring project objectives are met and completed on time and that all deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Optimizing and testing. Apply your understanding of the competitive landscape, our customers' needs, and current campaign performance to test new ideas for increasing profit and ROAS of our campaigns.
- Reporting on performance. Generate regular reports on your campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement for your markets as well as Projects that you lead for the team.
- Data-driven decisions. You adeptly handle key performance indicators, possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and excel in making decisions based on data.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience through flawless operational execution. Your attention to detail is a strength you will bring to your role.
- Growing the business. You'll work cross-functionally to unlock insights about customer behavior for other teams, and you'll continue to leverage this data to grow not just Paid Search but also the business as a whole.
- 3+ years' experience in managing Paid Search campaigns.
- Complete command and mastery of Paid Search, including understanding of automated bidding, mastery of campaign management & account health, performance reporting and storytelling using data.
- Understanding the concept of incrementality and the ability to tailor long term strategies around improving the incrementality of the channel.
- Strong and willing team player, who isn't afraid to help others succeed in addition to achieving their own success.
- Proficiency in Excel. You're extremely comfortable using Excel.
- Autonomy in problem solving, breaking down larger problems and tasks into smaller increments of work to make progress more quickly.
- Is comfortable multi-tasking. You enjoy and can handle multiple projects at once. You deliver on timelines, set expectations with key stakeholders in your projects, and are comfortable tackling complex business tasks.
