- Identify and define customer personas to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign segmentation.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as CPL (cost per lead), ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content creators, web developers, patient coordinators) to ensure brand consistency and lead nurturing.
- Maintain compliance with GDPR and medical advertising regulations.
- Conduct regular A/B testing and ongoing optimization to improve results over time.
- Proven track record in generating leads in the healthcare, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine sectors. (Min 4 years recent experience)
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including paid search, paid social, SEO, landing page optimization, and analytics.(Min 4 years recent experience)
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Active-campaign). (Min 4 years recent experience)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a results-oriented environment.
- Experience working with high-end, luxury, or premium medical brands.
- Understanding of patient psychology and the decision-making process in elective procedures.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, and healthcare-specific advertising restrictions.
