- Standardize excellence – Implement documentation best practices, templates, and frameworks to streamline communication across teams.
- Experience in technical writing, preferably in aerospace, UAVs, or engineering.
- Ability to grasp highly technical concepts and translate them into structured, easy-to-understand documentation.
- Strong proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, LaTeX, DITA, or similar).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents simultaneously.
- Fluency in English.
- Background in engineering, aerospace, or physics.
- Experience working with regulatory and compliance documentation (ITAR, EASA, SORA, etc.).
- Familiarity with Markdown, HTML, or XML for structured documentation.
