- Place purchase orders based on the parameters submitted by Strategic Planner.
- Place project orders on vendors. To check order confirmations for correct product, quantity, pricing and delivery dates and to invoice customers on receipt of proof of shipment or delivery.
- Ensure that all purchase orders raised are within authorised and agreed sign off limits.
- To assist the team with vendor price changes by ensuring correct cost prices are reflected within SAP.
- Monitor and manage the team mailbox to ensure all requests, orders, and issues are promptly addressed and kept up to date.
- Investigate and resolve purchase order issues, identifying root causes and proposing process improvements to prevent recurrence.
- To consistently achieve set targets such as SLA.
- Ensure timely and efficient communication with internal stakeholders, and vendors.
