- Support for the logistic flow from Italy and France to Spain
- Support for timely and full deliveries in respect of the restaurants needs
- Management of stocks, orders and contribute to avoid stock breakages
- Effective and efficient solutions for any logistic issues
- Help setting up logistic organization for new restaurant openings
- Support of the restaurants’ day-to-day purchasing needs
- Management of local suppliers relationship with the restaurants and the teams
- 100% accuracy of pricelist / supplier data
- Management of non-food (crockery, cutlery, glassware, maintenance) procurement and stock management
- Support in sourcing and negotiations with suppliers
- Ensuring availability of all necessary products, food and non-food
- Support in sourcing for new restaurant openings
- Contribute to the respect of the F&B objectives, as well as BCORP and sustainability goals
- Assuring the respect of processes: validation of receipts, use of proper documents and systems, ordering, recipes, inventories
- Support the restaurants in the menu changes processes
- Support in the analysis of the performance and development of improvement plans
- Inventory support: assuring quality of data (opening and closing balances)
- Contribute to the respect of the F&B objectives: assuring the correct processes in the calculation and analysis of F&B Costs performance
- Develop and deploy plans to improve the F&B Costs performance of the restaurants
- Bachelor’s/equivalent or mid-master degree in Business, F&B Management or Hospitality Management
- Passion for and understanding of the food and beverage Industry
- Analytical thinking, understanding of finance, proficient excel skills
- Practical mind with strong interest in operations
- Ability to work within a team in the company
- Fluent Spanish and English, Italian/French are a plus
- Permanent Contract, 40H/week
