DescripciónAt Dopp, we are looking for a R&D Home Care Supervisor for an important company in the consumer goods sector. The role will involve the execution and monitoring of R&D projects, using the necessary tools and materials in accordance with the guidelines of the Manager, and coordinate all work and task with collaborators to ensure achievement of the projects.Responsabilities:

Ensure the execution of R+D projects in coordination with your work team.
Organize your team ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks.
Monitor the different stages of projects based on the requirements of external and internal clients.
Actively participate in internal meetings and with external ones (suppliers, research centres, laboratories, etc.) that can promote their own training and can contribute to enriching the knowledge of the department.
Market study and monitoring ensuring that you are aware of the latest technologies. Studying its possible effective implementation in our products.

Requirements:

Academic background Master Degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
English C1. German C1. Other languages will be valued.
At least two years in similar positions.
Experience managing teams.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Willingness to learn about the latest technologies in Personal Wash.
High knowledge and previous experience in Personal Care and Cosmetics so that they can provide technical support for potential categories to explore within the world of cosmetics.
Dynamic, organized person, skilled in data analysis and document management.
Oriented towards quality and detail.
Ability to synthesize and focused on achieving objectives.
With collaborative and proactive aptitude, oriented towards teamwork, willingness to learn and with curiosity to integrate new technologies in the chemical field.
With initiative to contribute innovative ideas and continuous improvement.
