DescripciónAt Dopp, we are looking for a R&D Home Care Supervisor for an important company in the consumer goods sector. The role will involve the execution and monitoring of R&D projects, using the necessary tools and materials in accordance with the guidelines of the Manager, and coordinate all work and task with collaborators to ensure achievement of the projects.Responsabilities:
  • Ensure the execution of R+D projects in coordination with your work team.
  • Organize your team ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks.
  • Monitor the different stages of projects based on the requirements of external and internal clients.
  • Actively participate in internal meetings and with external ones (suppliers, research centres, laboratories, etc.) that can promote their own training and can contribute to enriching the knowledge of the department.
  • Market study and monitoring ensuring that you are aware of the latest technologies. Studying its possible effective implementation in our products.
Requirements:
  • Academic background Master Degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
  • English C1. German C1. Other languages will be valued.
  • At least two years in similar positions.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Willingness to learn about the latest technologies in Personal Wash.
  • High knowledge and previous experience in Personal Care and Cosmetics so that they can provide technical support for potential categories to explore within the world of cosmetics.
  • Dynamic, organized person, skilled in data analysis and document management.
  • Oriented towards quality and detail.
  • Ability to synthesize and focused on achieving objectives.
  • With collaborative and proactive aptitude, oriented towards teamwork, willingness to learn and with curiosity to integrate new technologies in the chemical field.
  • With initiative to contribute innovative ideas and continuous improvement.
