- ● Carry out marketing activities in the target area (networking events, farming, leafleting, local events). Coordinate and conduct property viewings.
- ● Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities.
- ● Follow Engel & Völkers’ training and development methodology.
- ● Handle all documentation and procedures required for transactions.
- ● Keep the CRM up to date, manage appointments, marketing activities, and client follow-ups.
- ● Apply internal procedures regarding anti-money laundering and personal data protection.

- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in commercial activities, preferably in the luxury market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Client-oriented with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while being an excellent team player, with a proactive attitude and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Office/Google Drive tools.
