  • ● Manage the full business cycle, from property acquisition to closing deals.
  • ● Provide expert advice to property owners and buyers.
  • ● Conduct detailed market analyses to determine property values.
  • ● Carry out marketing activities in the target area (networking events, farming, leafleting, local events). Coordinate and conduct property viewings.
  • ● Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities.
  • ● Follow Engel & Völkers’ training and development methodology.
  • ● Handle all documentation and procedures required for transactions.
  • ● Keep the CRM up to date, manage appointments, marketing activities, and client follow-ups.
  • ● Apply internal procedures regarding anti-money laundering and personal data protection.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in commercial activities, preferably in the luxury market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Client-oriented with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being an excellent team player, with a proactive attitude and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Office/Google Drive tools.
