- Channel strategy definition and implementation:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Align sales objectives with overall business goals, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
- Lead company projects in the market.
- Adapt the national marketing plans together with marketing and trade teams.
- Omnichannel approach.
- Lead and develop the perfumery sales team:
- Lead, coach, and mentor the team, fostering a high-performance culture and accountability.
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and targets for the team; ensure timely reviews and performance assessments.
- Customer relationship and go to market management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Oversee and get involved directly when needed in the negotiation of contracts, terms, and conditions.
- Manage and resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
- Ensure optimal brand and product placement, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor distribution to ensure product availability, efficient logistics, and timely delivery.
- Sales Forecasting:
- Develop accurate sales forecasts in alignment with financial goals and market conditions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing areas for improvement.
- Identify risks to achieving sales targets and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Partner with key stakeholders in Coty (marketing, trade, field, supply chain and finance) to achieve targets and ensure cross-functional alignment and support.
- Experience leading sales teams minimum 3 years
- Experience in Beauty Industry (Desirable)
- Trade marketing experience (Desirable)
