We are seeking an experienced Global Product Marketing Communication Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing impactful marketing communication materials for our global consumer products. Working closely with global product managers, you will transform product briefs into compelling marketing communication strategies that effectively position our products in the market. You will tailor these strategies to suit diverse commercial launch dynamics across various channels, providing communication guidelines for all product launches under your scope. Your contributions will play a vital role in shaping how our products are perceived by customers worldwide.ResponsibilitiesFor assigned projects:
- Product Communication Strategy: Develop comprehensive communication strategies and new product playbooks. Ensure consistent and engaging messaging across all regions.
- New Product Introduction: Create product communication frameworks that reflect a consumer-centric approach, prioritizing consumer needs and insights in decision-making. Ensure messaging is clear, targeted, and aligned with overall business goals.
- Existing Portfolio Communication: Design communication frameworks that emphasize differentiation within the product portfolio, considering the unique positioning of each product to enhance competitive advantage.
- Benefit Positioning and Consumer Insights: Leverage consumer insights to transform them into meaningful product benefits, creating compelling positioning that drives engagement and sales.
- Translation of Product Briefs: Convert technical product briefs into clear and concise marketing communication briefs, highlighting key benefits that resonate with target audiences.
- Asset and Content Creation: Translate product benefits into persuasive selling points, visuals, and videos that engage consumers and drive conversions. Develop marketing assets to communicate these selling points effectively, increasing sales and market share.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main liaison between global product managers and the content creation team to develop and deploy product playbooks for local markets, ensuring alignment and consistency.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct a thorough competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses relative to the products under your scope.
- Experience:
- A skilled marketer with over 5 years of experience in product marketing and positioning, specializing in sales-driven product communication strategies for growth.
- Proven ability to translate technical product specifications into consumer-focused benefits and communication strategies applicable to large product portfolios across multiple regions.
- Demonstrated experience in creating communication playbooks for new product introductions.
- Familiarity with the full marketing mix, including product positioning, product management, distribution channels, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis.
- Experience creating content for Amazon is a plus.
- Preferred Industries: FMCG, home goods, consumer electronics, and appliances.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory.
