- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in polymers markets
- Drive sales growth by consistently forecasting to set achievable revenue targets
- Achieve sales objectives within the assigned segment, while efficiently managing costs and gross margin
- Proficient in cold calling to generate leads and drive sales growth
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with business partners and customers
- Lead negotiations and conclude deals with customers
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Represent DKSH at industry events and trade shows
- Degree/Masters in Chemical Engineering or similar related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of proven technical & sales management experience
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Highly motivated and target driven with good time-management skills
- Fluent writing and speaking skills in both English and Spanish
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Deep knowledge of industry and trends for the Specialty Chemicals Industry, specifically within polymers, plastics, composites and rubber
