- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on data related to learning and development programs. Identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Program Support: Assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs. Ensure programs align with organizational goals and employee needs.
- Gap Analysis: Evaluate the existing skills and competencies of employees and identify gaps. Provide recommendations for training and development to bridge these gaps.
- Communication: Support the creation and distribution of internal communications related to learning and development initiatives. Ensure clarity and accuracy in all messaging.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the development and enhancement of onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage digital tools and platforms to create interactive and engaging learning experiences. Support the digitalization of internal training programs.
- Continuous Learning: Promote a culture of continuous learning by encouraging employees to pursue ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Well-being and Resilience: Support the incorporation of well-being and resilience training into learning and development programs to help employees manage stress and maintain work-life balance.
- Leadership Development: Assist in the development of leadership training programs to prepare employees for future leadership roles.
- Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development. Propose their application within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable working across teams and departments in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in digital tools and platforms related to learning and development.
- Resilient, adaptable, and solution-oriented in the face of challenges.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
