- Identify and acquire new direct publishers to expand the partner network, ensuring stable growth of high-quality traffic and consistent profit increase.
- Collaborate with the Advertiser's Manager Department to drive new ad sales and optimize campaigns, while managing publisher's accounts to build long-term strategic relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at international conferences, building industry connections and promoting brand visibility on a global scale.
- Achieve KPIs by driving new sales, conducting market and competitor analysis, and identifying new revenue opportunities to support strategic growth.
- Keep the CRM organized and up-to-date for pipeline visibility and efficiency.
- Ensure the timely preparation and delivery of accurate performance and operational reports.
- Lead by example: be a leader, motivator, helper and an example for each Publisher Manager on the way to achieve high results and month to month growth.
- Oversee adherence to team processes and timely task execution, while proposing enhancements to drive greater efficiency and performance.
- Take full responsibility for the team's monthly gross profit performance, ensuring targets are met through effective sales management and strategic oversight.
- 3–4+ years of proven experience of hunting new direct publishers, negotiating CPC, CPM, and flat-rate deals, with a creative, tailored approach to closing profitable deals.
- Result-Oriented. Focused on achieving business goals with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to deliver results and lead the team toward goals.
- Fast Learner. Quickly absorbs new information, adapts to changes, and applies knowledge effectively in practice.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
