- Main Functions:
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues in vehicles, including EVs, PHEVs, HEVs, and internal combustion vehicles.
- Consultation and Analysis: Interpret automotive technical documentation to provide accurate solutions to complex problems.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and control vehicle quality, ensuring all systems and components meet high standards.
- Client Support: Deliver specialized technical support to meet client-specific requirements, maintaining excellent service levels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and share technical insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve service delivery and technical operations.
- On-Site Presence: Ensure full-time availability at AutoTerminalBCN to respond to operational needs promptly.

- Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in Electromechanics.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive sector.
- Deep knowledge of vehicle systems and components, including electric and hybrid technologies.
- Experience in diagnosing technical and mechanical issues and consulting automotive technical information.
- English level B2+/C1 (required).
- Spanish level C1 or native.
- Own vehicle with a Class B driver's license (for internal terminal movements).
- Availability to work 100% on-site at AutoTerminalBCN.
