We are now looking for a Global Rewards Analyst to join us in our journey and be part of a team where you will be able to learn about all Compensation and Benefits related matters/processes.THE JOURNEY
Global Benefits Management
- Oversee all benefits across countries, aiming for consistency.
- Collaborate with operations and procurement for renewals, new terms, and engagements with providers.
- Manage the implementation, communication, and support of new benefits across the whole organization
- Conduct detailed analysis upon requests from various departments, such as analyzing pension plans in specific regions, researching benefits related to new parental policies, and supporting Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) initiatives and internal communication strategies (like EVP).
- Additional support to the team on the main projects and processes
- Support HR People Partners (PPs) and Talent Acquisition (TA) with all their doubts and questions related to Benefits
- Work closely with People Ops, Procurement and Finance
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed documentation for rewards processes and policies.
- Previous experience of 4 years in the Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards or Finance or Payroll preferably in a regional or global capacity
- Sometimes priorities are shifting, projects and deadlines can be changing, therefore it is important that you are comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and are skilled at finding efficient solutions
- You are proud of your attention to detail and have strong analytical skills
- You are able to use Excel, Google Sheets at an advanced level
- You thrive in a multicultural and diverse environment
- You are fluent in English; Spanish would be a plus
