Key Responsibilities
  • Process Design & Architecture:
  • Design, document, and maintain the end-to-end S2P process template covering Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes
  • Ensure process design aligns with business strategy, compliance, and industry best practices
  • Identify and define process standardization opportunities across global business units
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with process design
  • Validate process solutions and system configurations to meet business needs
  • Process Governance & Compliance:
  • Establish and maintain process governance structures to ensure compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement
  • Monitor process adherence and define corrective actions when deviations occur
  • Support audit requests related to S2P processes
  • Transformation & Change Support:
  • Actively support global S2P transformation initiatives, including digitalization and tool deployments (e.g., SAP Ariba)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, validate solutions, and support user adoption
  • Define business test cases, coordinate test execution, and support testing activities
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer, documentation, and training efforts during rollout and stabilization phases
  • Contribute to the development of training concepts and materials for end users.
  • Authorization & Access Management
  • Support the definition of user roles and authorization concepts for S2P domain
  • Ensure appropriate access controls are incorporated into process and system designs
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
  • Act as liaison between Global Process Owner, solution architects, IT, procurement teams, and other functions
  • Collect business feedback and translate it into process enhancement opportunities
  • Support process councils and working groups for S2P governance topics
