Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.About the roleWe currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative F&B Supervisor (All Day Dining) to join our pre-opening team! Reporting into the Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the daily Food and Beverage operation for our All-Day Dining Restaurant.What you will doOur ideal F&B Supervisor will have a special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience. You should have a wealth of Food and Beverage experience in luxury hotels, a desire to focus on the development of our team and a creative flair, bringing your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiences. Ideally you will also have experience of a new hotel or resort opening, and you will perform the following duties:· Develop and maintain an elegantly appointed environment, with superior staff, dedicated to an attentive, distinctive experience for breakfast, lunch or dinner.· The ability to maintain a friendly manner with all guests when greeting them, seating them and throughout their dining experience.· Ensures successful handling of the dining room.· Control reservations and seating of the restaurant with regards to service standards.· Ensure the correct and consistent service techniques for various meal periods· Anticipate all materials and supplies, assure their availability.· Control usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment.· Observe daily conditions of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant; makes recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.· Communicate with other departments to ensure a supporting team of professionals.· Ensure a safe working environment for all employees within the restaurant. Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation, and complete all accident reports promptly.· Promote good public relations and handle complaints or concerns of guests.· Understand all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service. Also, an expert knowledge of wines and spirits.· Attend and participate in all required meetings.· Promote teamwork and foster a harmonious working climate.· Participate in all inventories directly involved with the operation of the restaurant.· Use the computer system in ringing, printing and closing checks as well as shift report.· Give complete support to the Restaurant Assistant Manager and assumes responsibility for the Restaurant upon their absence.· Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.What you bring· Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in Spanish & English· 1-2 years Restaurant experience, 1 year Food & Beverage service experience.· Knowledge of service and standards· Computer literateWhat we offer:

Schedule & Hours:Full time contract 40 hours per week. Rotating shifts from Monday to SundayCandidates must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
