- Deliver excellent service for end users through enthusiastic and knowledgeable technical support to employees via internal ticketing platforms, direct messaging and video/voice communications
- Resolving tickets submitted by employees, provisioning new hardware, maintaining and updating endpoint management platforms, completing individual and team projects within assigned deadlines
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end user computing resources, including operating systems (Windows and MacOS), software, hardware, and related accessories
- Proactively ensuring that equipment is stocked and ordered on time while acting as a helpful resource to the business
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once, balancing individual and team-based project work with end-user support needs.
- Ensure technical solutions are documented accurately, and follow corporate IT and Information Security standards, policies, and best practices in alignment with corporate values
- Participate in on-call rotation, acting as primary escalation point for critical issues, responding to system alerts and issues from employees - occasionally requiring after-hours work
- Continuously identify systemic issues and help to improve the efficiency and security of corporate technology
- Operate within end-user and Identity management systems such as Active Directory, Okta, Entra ID, JAMF, Tanium, and InTune
- 2+ years of experience providing technical support to users
- Experience with administering Windows and MacOS operating systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of empathy and an overall interest in technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain complex technical concepts to people at all levels
- General experience working with collaboration and VoIP services such as Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams
- Experience with endpoint management systems such as Tanium, InTune, JAMF and endpoint security solutions like Crowdstrike, Carbon Black, etc
- Availability to work remotely and at a physical office location as needed for support of employees and the business
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a related field (or a comparable accumulation of professional experience)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.), and/or Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive)
- Knowledge of IDP and multi-factor authentication systems such as Okta, Microsoft EntraID, Duo, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.
- Knowledge or experience working with Apple, Lenovo or Dell end-user hardware
- Knowledge of PowerShell or similar automation-centric scripting languages
