- Administer and manage Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) instances, including user management and project configurations.
- Customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and notifications to meet team needs.
- Implement and maintain JSM projects, including service desk configurations, SLAs, and automation rules.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Jira and JSM users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for end-users.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 2+ years of experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management.
- Strong understanding of Jira’s customization options (e.g., workflows, permissions, notifications).
- Experience with advanced customizations, including Automation for Jira and Scriptrunner apps.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Groovy or Python is a plus.
- Fluent in English; German and/or Spanish is a plus.
