  • The Implementation unit designs, develops, implements, and maintains HR solutions for medium to large companies.
Job Role
  • Support and advise clients on the eBlox HR platform, which includes modules for leave management, training, overtime, evaluations, and more.
  • Implement changes, optimize existing systems, and provide solutions to any issues.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to help clients maximize the platform's benefits.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in implementing (HR) software.
  • Strong affinity with software and IT.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and HR software.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries is a must.
  • Knowledge of XML.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Initiative-taking, responsible, hands-on, eager to learn, and stress-resistant.
  • Good command of Dutch and French.
