It’s a unique opportunity to influence how stores operate day-to-day—impacting both frontline teams and the customer experience—while partnering closely with country leaders to drive market-specific success.This role sits at the heart of operational excellence, delivering scalable solutions across RFID-enabled inventory accuracy, Self-Checkout (SCO) systems, mobile POS, and back-of-house optimization. Through strategic workforce and functional planning, the Market Lead ensures that the right talent, tools, and processes are in place to enable profitable, efficient, and future-ready store environments.Your responsibilities
  • Act as the primary operational partner to Sales Leads and market leadership teams, leading on all Store Operations topics and initiatives.
  • Drive implementation of operational best practices across the store network—ensuring consistent, efficient task execution for Store Leads and teams. Leverage cross-market learnings and data insights to enable continuous improvement, scalability, and operational excellence at every level.
  • Lead the market rollout and integration of digital retail innovations that enhance store efficiency, stock visibility, and the consumer journey.
  • Drive functional workforce planning, ensuring optimal staffing models, labor productivity, and alignment to commercial drivers.
  • Collaborate with central Sales & Operations teams to translate operational strategies into localized execution plans, maintaining global standards while tailoring to market needs.
  • Define, implement, and continuously evolve back-office and back-of-house operations, from inventory management to logistics processes, enabling seamless store execution.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and compliance standards, using data and insights to identify improvement opportunities and deliver measurable performance gains.
  • Champion cross-functional projects, pilots, and retail technology deployments—positioning the store as a key driver of both profitability and brand experience.
  • Support training and capability building initiatives to equip store teams with the skills and tools they need to thrive in a modern, digitally enabled retail environment.
What you bring
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience that demonstrates strong business and operational acumen.
  • 5–8 years of experience in store operations, preferably within a multi-store retail environment and an international or matrixed organization.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple initiatives across different markets and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a collaborative mindset and the confidence to engage cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in process design and optimization is highly valued, especially in driving efficiency and scalability across retail operations.
  • Comfortable with travel up to 50%, demonstrating flexibility and a hands-on approach to market support.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; proficiency in French and/or Portuguese is a strong advantage.
