- Serve as a strategic partner and main point of contact for the respective executives and business leaders in the assigned business area regarding HR tasks, processes, and tools, and raise awareness of existing links between HR and the business area.
- Collaborate with executives, key stakeholders, as well as local and international HR colleagues to design, develop, and deliver HR solutions in line with the company's needs and priorities.
- Provide HR consulting and guidance on HR topics, as well as coordinate and steer HR processes at the local level.
- Build visibility and proximity by establishing constructive, cooperative, and trust-based relationships with employees.
- Identify HR-related business requirements, initiate and work on solutions in collaboration with HR experts to provide, implement, and apply suitable processes and initiatives.
- Support, advise, and promote the implementation of HR topics in complex change projects
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Psychology, Sociology, or a comparable field.
- Successful career in an operational HR role, with several years of professional experience.
- Work experience in at least one other HR specialty area, e.g., Recruiting, Learning & Development, Performance & Reward.
- Work experience in an international environment.
- Proven experience in process and project management is desirable.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Understanding of the business field for which the Senior HR Business Partner provides consulting and involvement in Customer Relationship Management.
- Knowledge of the existing (HR) process landscape and (HR) organization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of locally applicable labor law provisions.
- Assertiveness and application of consulting and coaching skills, as well as knowledge in organizational transformation and change management.
- Basic knowledge of AI technology, principles, and their practical use
