- Maintains regular and proactive communication with customers to clarify what are the critical items (information and samples) needed for UL to start the product evaluation.
- Discusses customer´s needs, provides updates, sets expectations, and addresses any questions or concerns.
- Monitors project progress and tracks milestones, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Organizes regular follow-up meetings or calls with customers to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Documents and maintains comprehensive records of all customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
- Continuously improves customer satisfaction by analyzing feedback, identifying trends, and implementing necessary changes or improvements.
- Degree in business administration, project management, or related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in project handling or customer service roles, with a focus on customer communication and satisfaction. Alternatively, you may be from a technical engineering background e.g. mechanical or electrical and wish to pursue project management
- Advanced level of English and German is a must.
- Good knowledge of any software related to project management, similar to MS project, Jira etc
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
