As Commercial Intern, you will support the Wholesale & Commercial team in managing daily operations — including reporting, order entry, delivery tracking, and partner coordination — playing a key role in ensuring smooth execution across EMEA & Emerging Markets while gaining valuable exposure to the commercial side of the luxury fashion industry. Start date: Monday, 8th of September 2025 Your role will be:
  • Assist in the weekly compilation of wholesale performance and forecast decks, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of key metrics.
  • Manage order entry and data accuracy across all relevant internal tools, maintaining consistency and reliability.
  • Monitor and coordinate deliveries, reorder statuses, and RTVs, supporting a seamless order lifecycle.
  • Serve as an operational liaison with wholesale partners, handling the circulation of key documents such as line sheets, lookbooks, and order confirmations.
  • Provide on-the-ground support during showroom activities, particularly during market weeks and seasonal launch preparations.
  • Execute administrative tasks including PO tracking, logistics coordination, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, VM) to ensure alignment and execution of wholesale processes.
  • Contribute to the efficiency and success of the Wholesale & Commercial Development team, playing a key role in meeting seasonal and strategic objectives.

What is important for the role: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Management or similar. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Interest in wholesale, commercial strategy, and luxury fashion markets. High level of English, additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Italian, or French) are a plus. Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets and reporting tools. Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, international environment. Prior internship experience in a commercial, buying, or wholesale function is preferred but not essential. You must be eligible for an internship and, ideally, be able to sign an internship agreement with your University. What we offer: A 6-12 month internship program. Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 9am – 6.30pm and Fridays 9am-3pm. Study support, with a value of €800-900 gross per month. Daily lunch allowance.
