- Be responsible for user acquisition across 6+ markets on 3+ channels
- Create, optimize and analyze performance marketing campaigns across the likes of Meta, Tiktok ,Twitter, etc.
- Optimize towards all post-install metrics (down funnel from install to LTV) and analyze what is driving performance for your markets
- Assist in defining the user acquisition strategy per market, channel and user type
- Measure success of all performance campaigns and adapt budgets accordingly
- Manage impactful projects that span multiple teams and have the potential to significantly increase the acquisition of your channels
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
- 3+ years performance marketing experience for a mobile app or e-commerce company, ideally specified in mobile user acquisition and mobile analytics
- Excellent knowledge of all common mobile ad tech platforms (Meta, Google and beyond)
- Familiarity with attribution measurement tools, as well as UA automation tools
- Strong analytical knowledge and experience with reporting, driving insights, and data-driven optimization
- Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment - balancing intense attention to detail with swift turnaround while working in a collaborative, positive manner
- A Strong drive for continuous improvement
- Creative and a self-starter mentality
- Fluency in English (other languages are a bonus)
- Knowledge of Google Display (UAC/YouTube) and Paid Search
- Experience in tools such as Adjust and Tableau
