- Marketing and communications skills: Basic understanding of digital marketing and communications, with an interest in applying these in a corporate environment.
- Content Development – Ability to draft clear and engaging copy (both short and long form) for a variety of channels, including internal and external audiences.
- Social media management (tools and content): Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools; experience creating or scheduling content is a plus.
- Organisational Skills – Comfortable multitasking, managing priorities, and supporting several projects simultaneously.
- Collaboration & Teamwork – A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different teams and geographies.
- Support for a responsible team culture
- 1-2 years’ experience in marketing and/or communications
- Previous experience in financial services would be preferable
- Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Knowledge and experience of marketing and communications activities within the financial services industry
- Ability to work, communicate and execute in a digital environment across desktop, mobile or other platforms
- Ability to support the design and delivery of marketing materials in line with SCIB’s marketing and communications plan
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Some experience with Web Content Management Tools (Wordpress, Drupal…), Salesforce (or other CRM tools) and Adobe Creative Suite may be beneficial
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set clear priorities
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to take initiative when supporting projects
- Time management and the ability to work under pressure
