We are seeking a candidate to fill a full-time position in Madrid, located at the IE Tower. Responsibilities:Your role as a B2B Growth Marketing Specialist will involve:
  • B2B Content Development & Execution
Assist in the creation and adaptation of compelling B2B marketing content—such as case studies, partner spotlights, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces—tailored to engage corporate audiences and support relationship-building efforts.
  • Website Project Support
Contribute to the development and launch of the Corporate Relations website by coordinating content, assisting with layout planning, ensuring messaging consistency, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Lead Generation & Campaign Support
Support the implementation of LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns aimed at attracting corporate partners. Help maintain lead databases and contribute to campaign planning and execution.
  • Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking
Assist in tracking key campaign metrics (e.g., lead quality, engagement, conversion) and researching B2B trends or competitor activity to inform content and campaign decisions.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration & Asset Development
Collaborate with business development and communications teams to create high-quality proposals, presentations, and outreach materials that effectively position the organization with current and prospective partners. Qualifications:To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
