- Efficient administration of all aspects of the employee life-cycle in Spain: including full payroll cycle, on boarding, off boarding, benefits management and administration and other key processes.
- Provide assistance and support to employees in a variety of areas, such as resolving queries related to payroll, benefits, leave and company policies. In addition, maintain confidentiality and privacy of employees' personal and sensitive information.
- Ensure that the company complies with current labor laws and regulations, assisting in the implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures.Función: Administrativo/aRequisitos: - Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
- Experience in HR admin.
- Resilient, committed, and capable of managing multiple demands and priorities.
- Knowledgeable of applicable regulations in Spain.Formación: Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.Idiomas: Fluent in English, Spanish and Chinese.
