The creator team plays a core role in designing the overall creator ecosystem strategy and execution plan and driving the business to success by win-win cooperation together with the creators and sellers.As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.Responsibilities:
- Ownership of increasing the number of both partners with key results and driving high quality partner growth in TikTok Commerce.
- Ownership for channel management and partner communication via lark group, instant messaging and other approaches to conduct account management activities & partner education.
- Campaign & promotional activities support.
- Great communication skills, presentation and problem-solving, enjoy communication with creators and deliver daily support with strong user-driven mindset;
- Assist in conducting & tracking creator campaign & promotional activities; Analyze performance trends, distilling insights that help to improve our creator campaigns;
- Will help the team operate simple OBS livestream, production, and camera-work. Help the team manage branded and creator initiated livestreams for our top creators and celebs.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently in your penultimate year pursuing a bachelor's degree, or in your final year going on to study a Masters, graduating in 2026;
- Proficient in verbal and written Spanish and English in order to communicate with local and global stakeholders
- Fast learner and hands-on oriented-able to move things forward
- Good interpersonal skills and analytical skills
- Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-stormingPreferred Qualifications:
- Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven and efficient, can work under pressure.
- Internship experience in large Commerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies is a plus
