- Own and manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new opportunities while expanding existing relationships through upsell/cross-sell
- Build trusted relationships with decision makers across business and IT teams
- Develop and execute territory/account plans to maximize growth
- Deliver compelling value propositions and lead customer conversations with confidence
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEs, Marketing, CS) and partners to ensure customer success
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account data in Salesforce or other CRM tools
- 3–5+ years of successful SaaS/software sales into mid-market accounts
- Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing multiple opportunities in parallel with shorter to mid-length sales cycles
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC, Miller Heiman, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a partner-driven ecosystem
- Bachelor’s degree desirable; advanced education a plus
