We're looking for a Senior People Services Specialist to join our global People Services team! The successful candidate will undertake a variety of HR administrative duties and facilitate the daily HR function with the aim to contribute to the goals and results of the overall HR department and Organization.The Senior People Services Specialist is responsible for supervising professional team members and serves as an escalation point for standard questions and process clarification. This role monitors team progress and partners with more senior managers to ensure colleague inquiries are being resolved according to standard operating procedures.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments5+ years of relevant human resources experience2+ years of experience working with policies, procedures and standards1+ years of experience working with benefits administrationProficient in use of MS OfficeProficient in English/Spanish and other European languages desirable but not mandatory.It would be great if you also had…​Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business related fieldPrevious experience with WorkdayPrevious experience working with multiple countriesProficient in an additional European language (such as German, French or Italian)What will you be doing in this role?Independently resolve all colleague queries relating to onboarding, offboarding, as well as company policies and processes and/or escalating as appropriate. Responding to colleague questions and queries assigned through HR Help (our case management system).Managing benefits administration for assigned countries.Advise on ways to improve the administration of onboarding, offboarding, maintenance of employee files, document creation, payroll inputs, leave administration, reimbursement processing, time & attendance, and other HR matters as required.Consult with appropriate COEs to develop templates for document creation including offer letters, employment contracts, job change letters, and termination paperwork.Participate in ad-hoc HR projects in tasks as required, including coordinating with the broader HR team.Design improvements to how People Services partners with Data Management, Payroll, Benefits, and other COEs to ensure appropriate administration of processes and policies.Act as a subject matter expert for regional topics and/or People Services process design.Advises team on standard operating procedures and best practices to resolve colleague inquiriesEnsures information and updates to standard operating procedures or policies is communicated to the teamSuggests improvements to processes and procedures as needed to ensure excellent customer service continues to be provided to colleaguesManages individuals within a specific country or sub-region under the direction of a more senior regional managerAbout the TeamYou will be a member of an international People Services Team. This role will report into the People Services Manager, EMEA and will provide general operational HR support to a number of European counties as well as back up for team members. People Services is a centralized point of contact for the HR team, managers, and colleagues to obtain HR support and assistance.
