A leading mobile games studio is hiring two Senior Producers to join their globally successful casual title team. These hybrid roles are based in Barcelona, Spain.You’ll be part of a high-performing production group responsible for delivering new features and live content to millions of players. One role focuses on feature development, while the other leads Live Ops mini-game reskins.Role 1: Senior Producer – Feature Development
- Own end-to-end delivery of new features and improvements
- Lead cross-functional teams across design, content, art, and engineering
- Manage planning, risk, capacity, and dependencies
- Champion Agile/Scrum processes and delivery excellence
- Maintain sprint tracking and ensure high-quality output
- Lead production of mini-game reskins aligned with retention strategies
- Collaborate with Live Ops, Content, Art, Economy, and Localisation teams
- Optimise pipelines for speed, quality, and thematic relevance
- Track engagement metrics and improve production velocity
- Resolve bottlenecks and manage dependencies across teams
- 5+ years of experience in mobile game production
- Strong project and people management skills
- Experience with live games and fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Passion for player-first design and continuous improvement
