- Design innovative PvP and PvPvE gameplay for mobile platforms
- Rapidly prototype ideas in Unity with a cross-functional team
- Develop progression systems and live ops features to boost retention
- Research market trends and player behaviour to inform design
- Collaborate with artists, engineers, and producers to bring ideas to life
- Proven experience in mobile/multiplayer game design
- Strong grasp of systems design, progression loops, and player engagement
- Ability to iterate quickly and communicate design clearly
