- Prospect qualified leads across assigned regions (French/Spanish)
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the AE team
- Maintain clean, up-to-date records in HubSpot
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging
- Provide feedback from the field to improve pitch, and objection handling
- 1–2 years of B2B outbound experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or hospitality/F&B services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Very comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
- Organized, self-driven, and resilient
- Experience with CRM tools preferred HubSpot,
- Languages: Fluent in Spain/French and English (a third language is a plus)
- Location: Ideally based in France or Spain
- Bonus: Familiarity with hospitality or sustainability industries
