- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of party reference data concepts and interdependencies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex data issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven experience in data quality management, profiling, and cleansing.
- Familiarity with industry standards related to party reference data.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A customer-centric approach with high ethical standards.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Experience in producing and reviewing client profiles.
- Understanding of commercial lines of business.
