- Provide support and manage incidents within the specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Investigate and diagnose incidents to restore failed IT services as quickly as possible, and identify root causes to prevent recurrence (problem management).
- Document troubleshooting steps, incident details, and service restoration information.
- Ability to identify problems.
- Verify resolution of assigned incidents.
- Review, monitor, and validate scheduled tasks.
- Availability for paid 24/7 on-call shifts for critical service incidents or scheduled tasks, rotating with the team.

- Technical and functional knowledge of Telco environments.

- Knowledge of SQL.

- Experience with 3G / 4G mobile networks.
- General understanding of 5G networks.
- IP networking knowledge.
