OEMs.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a professional with a technical background to support the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality department of a metal stamping company with a strong presence in the automotive sector. This professional is experienced in operating under management systems and can provide proven experience, in particular HS prevention and vision systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Oetiker Spain QHSE team you will be driving key activities supporting the following processes: Sales processes. Operational processes: Purchasing, Production, and Logistics. R&D and Engineering processes. HR, IT, and Finance processes. Work in project teams, troubleshoot and manage corrective actions. Collaborate in the control, management, and analysis of product and production process changes. Collaborate in the control, management, and analysis of non-conforming products. Control monitoring and measurement resources. Lead improvement meetings and use of Kaizen tools. Management Systems Maintenance.QualificationsEducation / Experience
- University degree in technical field. Engineering preferred.
- Office package and SAP.
- Experience with machine vision equipment.
- Experience in communicating with third-party prevention services.
- Experience conducting systems audits.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques.
- English proficiency.
- Knowledge of management systems: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
- Knowledge of quality management tools: APQP, PPAP, VDA, IMDS, 8D, AMFE, MSA.
- Qualified and willing to engage in continuous learning.
