
Customer Service Specialist

- Process sales orders received via email and phone, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Issue invoices, returns, credit and debit notes, and handle invoice cancellations.
- Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring data integrity.
- Register and follow up on customer complaints, providing timely resolutions.
- Provide critical information to internal sales team.
- Open and follow up on tickets for any potential issues.
- Participate in and support departmental projects.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with global policies and commercial guidelines.
- Foster a team spirit and collaborative working environment.
- Maintain attention to detail in all tasks, especially under high volume and pressure.
- Previous experience in customer service and administration.
- Project management experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English; Italian is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
