About the RoleAs Solution Architect Labelling (m/f/d), you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing applications that enable Fresenius Kabi's labeling and medical device processes.Acting as the central point of contact for related applications in the European time zone, you will collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly contribute to efficiency, compliance, and innovation in a regulated healthcare environment.Your responsibilitiesManage and configure labeling and medical device applications (e.g., Smartflow, Cara, A4l, Creo Windchill, Smartsolve), ensuring stability and business compatibility.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless user support.Safeguard data flow across labeling systems and other IT applications.Maintain system security, access controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Identify automation and process improvement opportunities, driving efficiency.Collaborate with IT, production, quality assurance, and business stakeholders to align solutions with operational needs.Prepare documentation, training materials, and user guidelines to foster adoption and best practices.Plan and execute software upgrades, testing, and validation activities to ensure compliance and minimal business disruption.Drive release and deployment strategies, maintaining detailed records of changes and system configurations.Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for updates, support, and compliance with service agreements.Your profileCompleted degree in Computer Science, Digital Information, Business Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience designing, managing, or operating business applications in mid-to-large organizations.Proven experience in supporting, installing, and configuring software solutions.Strong knowledge of database management and analytical troubleshooting.Familiarity with compliance, validation, and industry best practices.Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented way of working, even under time pressure.Strong communication and intercultural skills, able to build trust across teams.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Why join usAt Fresenius Kabi, we are committed to life.
