- Developing and implementing territory and third parties’ sales strategies aimed at strengthening the company's market position and profitability.
- Implementing and establishing sales policies, procedures and practices in compliance with the company’s requirements.
- Select, develop and strengthen business partners to ensure sustainable results.
- Ensure territory and key account sales goals are achieved through an effective and motivated sales team, key account sales staff and support professionals.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators both commercial and financials for the implemented sales strategies.
- Identifying business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas.
- Ensure collaboration with marketing, supply chain and finance functions, supervising their joint work with distribution channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or any related fields.
- MBA is a plus
- Al least 10 years’ experience in commercial area.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and lubricants sector
- Good knowledge of IT Tools (MS Office, SAP).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM
- Able to interact in Portuguese language
- Spanish and English language is mandatory
