- Achieve consistent growth in sales and gross margin within assigned monogastric accounts.
- Build accurate forecast reports for production and inventory planning.
- Lead business development and sales growth in the swine and poultry sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Identify prospective customers and develop strategic plans for key accounts.
- Deliver technical sales presentations on Kemin’s monogastric product portfolio.
- Support customers with product trials and technical services.
- Represent Kemin at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Veterinary or Agricultural university degree.
- Knowledge and experience in monogastrics nutrition.
- Proven experience in monogastric nutrition (swine and/or poultry).
- Strong understanding of biological sciences and feed additives.
- Track record of managing sales projects to successful completion.
- High energy, self-motivated, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- In-depth knowledge of the Spanish monogastric market.
