These teams are responsible for delivering a robust, secure, and scalable software platform that enables efficient and safe connectivity for Schneider Electric products.What will you do?As a Proxy Product Owner, you will support the Product Owner of the Core Services team in managing the product backlog and providing support to the platform’s user teams. You will play a key role in ensuring alignment between technical development and business needs.Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to refine, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Review, etc.) as a representative of the PO.
  • Write clear and detailed user stories based on functional and technical requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between the Core Services team and the platform’s consuming teams.
  • Monitor development progress and ensure proper understanding of requirements by the team.
  • Contribute to product roadmap definition and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement of product management processes and tools.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Proxy PO, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of technical environments (software platforms, APIs, connectivity…).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Experience in IoT, embedded systems, or Edge Computing is a plus.
