- Strategize and Execute: Design, build, and execute impactful marketing programs, including trade shows, webinars, customer and partner events, email marketing, and direct mail.
- Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with sales leaders and other internal stakeholders to identify customer opportunities, create compelling content, and manage day-to-day projects.
- Localize and Build Campaigns: Take the lead on selecting and localizing - or creating and managing - marketing campaigns, including content creation (ads, emails, ebooks, case studies, videos, etc.) and event logistics.
- Travel: Be prepared to travel up to 30% of the time to support events and regional initiatives.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in field marketing, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful integrated marketing programs in the B2B/SaaS space.
- Language Skills: You must be a native English or Spanish speaker. Additional foreign languages are a plus, with German being highly prized.
- Technical Proficiency: You are highly proficient with marketing and sales platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot.
- International Expertise: You have extensive international experience and a deep understanding of international markets, specifically as it relates to targeted marketing tactics.
- Leadership & Communication: You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to interact and collaborate effectively with sales leaders and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: You are a self-starter who can work independently and with distributed teams to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
